Role Summary :
The Senior Manager - Marketing Technology and Operations, plans and guides key operations across marketing, communications and events workstreams, monitors, measures, and analyzes the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and programs. Maintains scalable processes within the department that guarantee the best practices in lead and campaign management.
In conjunction with the department head, tasked with coordinating the marketing operations and workflows, that will lead to sales enablement and lead management. Also drives marketing database strategies, analyzing gaps in the business’s data, consumer acquisition strategies, and data quality practices. serves to create regular reports on marketing and sales initiatives, business impact, and effectiveness.
The role partners closely with Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and IT Teams on Martech, CRM, marketing data and lead management processes, development and execution, to ensure strategies between marketing platforms and CRM meet the needs of Marketing and provide closed loop reporting on marketing ROI. Responsible for the Martech strategy, roadmap and execution, leading to the implementation of marketing technology stacks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented and customized to meet the needs of the marketing organization.
- Ensure the marketing department can correctly report on the ratio between customer lifetime value and customer acquisition cost, by marketing acquisition tactic.
- Regularly inform stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance of insights on marketing performance to ensure cross functional alignment on the best possible data-driven marketing strategy.
- Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average value; make sure funnel measures can be analyzed by key dimensions such as industry, geo, and persona.
- Ensure processes are designed, documented, understood, and followed in a way that minimizes bad or incomplete data. Budget control, forecasting, purchasing, vendor relationship
- Martech strategy, roadmap and execution, leading the implementation of marketing technology stacks, including generative content Artificial Intelligence, and use of HubSpot, Salesforce, and related Marketing Automation tools.
- Lead Martech efforts to support marketing program and brand execution across corporate and business units using Salesforce, HubSpot and similar tools to establish customer / prospect flows, UX / UI, drive audience segmentation, and analytics reporting.
- Lead Integration with Social networks, social listening and sentimental analysis.
- Lead Integration with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce), marketing analytics (e.g., HubSpot)
- Work with leadership, business development, marketing and sales to identify functional and technical requirements with regards to the internal workflows and customer journeys.
- Analyze requirements and provide leading practices in the design of the solution delivering enterprise-wide marketing solutions across the full ad technology and marketing technology landscape (analytics, data, campaigns, etc.).
- Creating and managing digital audiences in data management platforms / customer data platforms
- Solution development across technologies & programs, including Analytics, personalization, customer data platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), data management platforms (Oracle, Salesforce), ad technology, testing and optimization, and ecommerce
- Manage a strong internal and outsourced team by coaching and developing existing members and closing talent gaps where needed through acquisition of new team members.
- Keep informed of the latest technology trends and innovations especially in the areas of Martech, marketing automation, marketing resource management, digital asset management, web content management, mobile, and social media.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of business, commerce or a related degree.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.At least 10 years’ Marketing Technology & CRM Operations experience within leading global organizations.Minimum 5 years of HubSpot implementation & Salesforce experience.Experience with Customer Science, UX / UI and Insight AnalyticsExperience of systems implementation, knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Ability to analyze complex information and present it in an easily understandable manner.Experience of managing systems / platforms in support of business outcome and marketing strategy.HubSpot, Oracle e-Business Suite, SAP, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, SQL, Agile, Java, Salesforce PardotGood understanding of the end-to-end processes of marketing, sales, and service organizations.The successful candidate will enjoy the following :
