We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef – Sushi to join our dynamic culinary team at SUSHISAMBA Dubai. SUSHISAMBA is renowned for its unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian culture and cuisine — a globally iconic brand where culinary artistry meets unforgettable experiences. In Dubai, we take sushi excellence to the next level, blending tradition with creativity.

In this role, you will support the Head Sushi Chef in leading the sushi section, ensure consistency in quality and presentation, and help train and develop junior team members in our high-energy kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver sushi dishes with creativity and precision in line with SUSHISAMBA standards.
• Support with daily kitchen operations, inventory management, and stock rotation.
• Mentor and guide a large team of Commis / Demi chef / CDP within the sushi team.
• Maintain HACCP and food safety compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to bring innovation to the sushi menu while respecting culinary traditions.
