Position Overview :

You will also collaborate with other departments to identify and address organizational issues and ensure that our company's goals and objectives are aligned with our workforce's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth and success
• Identify and analyze organizational issues and provide recommendations for improvement
• Lead and manage the organizational development team to ensure the successful execution of strategies and initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to align organizational goals with the company's objectives
• Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices and industry trends
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development programs and initiatives
• Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on leadership, performance management, and organizational development
• Facilitate employee engagement and change management initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with external consultants and vendors to enhance organizational development efforts
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on organizational development progress and outcomes.
