STRUCTURAL BIM MODELER

الوصف الوظيفيDevelop detailed and accurate 3D structural BIM models using Revit Structure and other BIM software. Prepare coordinated structural drawings and documentation including plans, sections, details, and schedules. Collaborate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure proper integration and clash-free coordination of structural elements. Interpret structural design drawings and specifications to model reinforced concrete, steel, and foundation elements. Modify and update BIM models based on design changes and site coordination requirements. Ensure compliance with project standards, company BIM protocols, and UAE construction codes. Support site teams by generating shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and model-based reports. Participate in coordination meetings and assist with clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools. Maintain organized model files and documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Key Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural BIM modeling, preferably on construction projects.
- Strong background working with contracting companies or in a construction site environment.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of BIM360 is a plus.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, standards, and construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand structural drawings, bar bending schedules, and detailing standards.
- Excellent coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available in the UAE.
