Architectural BIM Modeler

الوصف الوظيفيCreate and manage detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate various elements into the BIM model and resolve design conflicts. Develop and maintain design documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports. Perform analyses and simulations using the BIM model to assess building performance, energy efficiency, and other factors. Use BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) to create, modify, and manage models, and stay updated with new tools and techniques. Ensure the BIM model complies with project standards, codes, and regulations. Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and software.
Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have worked on UAE, Saudi or Qatar BIM Projects in the past.
- Must have experience working with consultants or architects.
- Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and a strong portfolio of BIM projects.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, drafting, and visualization.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in model creation and documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to the BIM model and design integration.
- Understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices
