Business Excellence - Associate

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Excellence Strategy Associate to support strategic initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on MIS reporting, automation of business processes, and contributing to AI agent-driven transformation projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior strategy and digital teams to drive data-backed decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• MIS Reporting & Insights : Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business performance tracking. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of KPIs and strategic metrics to leadership.
• AI Agent Projects : Support the design, testing, and deployment of AI agents across functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Experience. Assist in use case documentation and performance tracking.
• Automation & Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for automation using tools like Power Automate, Python, or RPA platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Strategic Analysis : Assist in analyzing business trends, competitor benchmarks, and internal performance data to support strategic decision-making.
• Documentation & SOPs : Maintain documentation for automated processes, AI agent workflows, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Training & Adoption : Support user onboarding for new tools and processes. Create training materials and conduct sessions to improve adoption and usage.
• Compliance & Governance : Ensure reporting and automation processes adhere to internal controls, data governance policies, and security standards.
