Proposals Specialist

The Proposals Specialist is responsible for supporting proposal and contract development, and promoting CB&I Storage Solutions’ products and services. This is an individual contributor contract development role requiring fundamental knowledge of CB&I Storage Solutions markets, products, clients, and customers. The role directly reports to the Regional Proposals Manager and routinely interacts with the regional operation leads.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and keep all information accurate and up to date.
• Outline, write, edit and organize proposal documents, while also making timely edits and revisions to documents after reviews
• Work closely with Legal and other corporate teams to provide and ensure comprehensive input
• Work with the project bid team to ensure that the company liabilities and legal obligations are contractually defined
• Review invitation to bid documents in conjunction with other applicable corporate departments
• Ensure there is a clearly defined Commercial execution strategy for all proposals submitted
• Review scope of invitation to bid documents for proposals and recommend to the Business Development Specialist / Manager the optimum split of work into packages, considering the geographical location, capability, and track record of local contractors, etc.
