Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Coordinator to join our Dubai-based fashion brand. The role combines accounting support, sales follow-up, and client coordination, with opportunities to travel to India and other countries as needed.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile sales invoices, vendor payments, petty cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with ledger entries, expense tracking, and monthly reporting.
- Track leads, update CRM, and ensure timely client follow-ups.
- Maintain records of all client orders, coordinate fittings, deliveries, and alterations.
- Work with production teams in India to monitor timelines and ensure orders stay on track.
- Create sales invoices, track payments, and maintain client databases.
- Take responsibility for inventory and support exhibitions, photoshoots, and marketing projects.
Requirements
Experience in administration, accounting, or sales coordination.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.Willingness to travel internationally.Compensation & Benefits
