Key Responsibility :

Lead the growth of our retail partner business through leading issue resolution & identifying opportunities in collaboration with our partners and internal teams.

KPIs : Orders / Sales, ABV, Customer Retention / Loyalty, Cancellation rate, On time % & Quality & NPS.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Build, lead & manage strong relationships with chain HQ & store teams.
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Business reviews and action plans executions on time.
• Thorough data analysis using own expertise and with dashboard & BI teams to identify root causes of issues and opportunities.
• Effective and quick execution of action plans with cross functional teams.
• Store setups enhancements to improve our customer delight & drive growth (in conjunction with Logistics where relevant).
• Support logistics team with instore challenges & opportunities to improve efficiency & cost / order.
• Support catalog team in driving availability, reducing OOS, and more efficient processes.
• Support marketing partnerships team in co-funded / barter campaigns.
• Improve Way of Working (WOW) with partners based on our company & each team KPIs.
• Evolve our Account Management SOPs with Head of Marketplace.
• Identify new services for all / specific partners.
