As the Senior Business Development & Account Manager for Real Estate Developers, you will lead our engagement with real estate developers across the UAE. You will be required to understand the complexities of the development lifecycle and be able to balance new business acquisition with long-term client success. As the client portfolio grows, you will take on team leadership responsibilities, building and mentoring a dedicated team focused on the developer segment.
In this role, you will :
Business Development :
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with real estate developers across the UAE and wider region
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., development directors, analysts, C-suite) within developer organisations
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to developer-specific use cases
- Shape the go-to-market strategy for the developer segment, including lead generation and partnership opportunities
Account Management :
Own and grow strategic relationships with existing developer clients, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunitiesServe as a consultative partner, helping clients embed data analytics into their project planning, sales strategies, and market researchEnsure timely delivery of support, training, and performance reviewsAct as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to product and leadership teamsTeam Leadership (as function scales) :
Recruit, onboard, and mentor future team members focused on the developer verticalDefine and implement best practices, sales playbooks, and account management strategiesSet clear goals and performance KPIs for the team, driving consistent resultsRequirements
A minimum of secondary education. A bachelor's degree is preferred.Valid UAE license required4 - 5 years of sales experience6+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account managementExperience working for, alongside, or selling to Real Estate DevelopersExperience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder dealsPrevious team leadership experience or clear readiness to step into a leadership roleExcellent understanding of the complexities of the real estate development lifecycleExcellent knowledge of sales processesGood knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate marketKnowledge of the Real Estate Development processFamiliarity with CRM systemsAbility to balance new business acquisition with long-term client successAbility to deliver an excellent customer experienceExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExceptional relationship-building and negotiation skillsFluent in English (Arabic is a plus)Entrepreneurial spirit and drivePro-active approachTeam PlayerFlexibilityBenefits
