- Administer and maintain the HCM systems, including payroll systems, ensuring continuous improvement through automation, system upgrades / patches, integration, and configuration of HCM and Payroll software.
- Develop, document, and maintain efficient and compliant business process workflows and SOPs for the HRIS, ensuring comprehensive internal controls are implemented within existing and new processes.
- Gather and analyze data to enhance HR strategies and processes, providing recommendations to improve productivity and streamline workflows within the HR department.
- Ensure all HR-related systems comply with data protection laws and uphold data accuracy.
- Maintain and administer reports for users, create new reports and queries using suitable reporting tools, and contribute to standardized reporting to meet ongoing customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating HR and IT requirements effectively.
- Serve as the primary contact for HRIS-related issues, enhancements, and queries, actively resolving issues and improving user experience for HCM and Payroll software. Communicate technical information clearly to users.
- Engage with project teams, clients, and vendors as needed.
- Conduct training sessions, develop user procedures, and create functional guidelines and documentation.
