Head of Retail Marketing (Segment Manager (Heave Usage / Affluent Segments)

الوصف الوظيفيDefine attractive segments and sub-segments. Enhance penetration, profitability and retention in attractive segments by working with Product Managers, Sales Management, Marketing Communications, Retail Credit Centre, Customer / Market Research, Operations and the Marketing Committee.
In order to :
- Develop winning value propositions.
- Fix unprofitable products.
- Increase share-of-wallet of profitable customers.
- Enhance market communications.
- Sell more effectively.
- Enhance customer convenience
- Ability to lead adhoc teams and manage Product management staff, from Sales and Service Delivery staff and junior staff on an ongoing basis.
- Familiarity with bank’s operations, sales and support environments, and strong customer focus.
- Entrepreneurial, strong profit orientation, effective team leader, cool under pressure.
- 6 – 8 years of substantive related banking experience or exception experience in another marketing field, incorporating marketing, analysis and leadership responsibilities
