Responsibilities

• Brand Leadership : Develop and implement integrated brand strategies that strengthen Masafi’s market position and build long-term equity.
• Marketing Strategy : Drive 360-degree marketing initiatives across brand, digital, trade, and shopper marketing, ensuring consistency and impact.
• Innovation & Creativity : Champion bold, purpose-driven campaigns and product innovations that resonate with regional consumers.
• Market Insights : Leverage data and consumer insights to shape marketing decisions, ensuring relevance in the UAE / GCC context.
• Trade & Retail Marketing : Strengthen Masafi’s presence in modern trade, traditional trade, and on-premises channels with impactful retail and shopper programs.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team; foster collaboration across cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, and R&D.
• Performance & ROI : Define KPIs, manage budgets effectively, and ensure marketing investments deliver measurable business results.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Represent Masafi’s brands with key internal and external stakeholders, building trust and long-term partnerships.

Masafi was born in the Hajar Mountains in the United Arab Emirates. And ever since, we’ve left a mark across the region and the world.

Back in 1976, Masafi was the first naturally sourced drinking water in the UAE. Today, our portfolio consists of the finest range of pure naturally sourced water, juices, tissue papers and anti-bacterial essentials.
