EOI - Digital Delivery / BIM Manager

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time UAE-based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure .

About the Role : The Digital Delivery / BIM Manager will oversee all digital engineering and Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities for the metro project. This includes strategy development BIM execution planning model coordination data governance and implementation of CDE workflows to ensure effective information management across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with client and project standards
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination clash detection and model validation activities
• Oversee the setup governance and maintenance of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (e.g. ProjectWise Aconex BIM 360)
• Ensure consistent model structure LOD naming conventions and data exchange protocols
• Support integration of BIM with asset management quantity take-off and digital twin initiatives
