Role Overview :
The Sr. HR Manager will provide HR support and guidance to the business units within the region. This position will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and will partner with business leaders to support the achievement of business goals and objectives. This role will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a trusted advisor to MEA regional leaders, providing guidance on HR matters and contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Understand regional business goals and objectives and align HR strategies and initiatives accordingly.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address all MEA HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Partner with regional leaders to identify talent needs, develop workforce plans, and drive recruitment and selection processes.
- Support regional talent development efforts, including performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Work with leaders to foster a high-performance culture and support employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to assess organizational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, process improvements, and culture transformation.
- Support the implementation of learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Provide guidance and support to regional leaders on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with leaders to address employee engagement and retention challenges and develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR practices.
- Partner with regional leaders to address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and implement appropriate actions.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on business partnering.Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Additional languages may be advantageous.Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skillsWillingness to travel within the region as required.Kindly fill the form below to apply.
