Role Overview
This is a dynamic and client-facing role within the STARprime Institutional Sales team, focused on managing and nurturing relationships with institutional clients. You will serve as the main point of contact ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service, tailored solutions, and a consultative approach. The ideal candidate is confident, charismatic, and thrives in conversations specifically building rapport naturally and understanding the commercial value of long-term relationships.
This position is well-suited for a motivated individual with a soft sales background (FX / B2B brokerage experience is an advantage), looking to deepen their exposure in the institutional space.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for institutional clients, ensuring consistent communication and high-touch support
- Maintain regular check-ins with clients to understand their business needs, trading behavior, and satisfaction
- Assist with onboarding, account setup, funding procedures, and ongoing operational needs
- Prospecting for potential business in the early stages of the sales process
- Identify upselling opportunities and communicate new product offerings or features
- Coordinate closely with trading and technology teams to provide timely and accurate support
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution-oriented service

1+ years experience in a relationship management, client support or institutional sales rolePrevious exposure to B2B financial services, ideally within the FX or CFD spaceBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field preferredFamiliarity with trading platforms (e.g., MT5) and liquidity providers is an advantagePerks and Benefits
