Position Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Growth : Develop and execute product strategies for Ecosystem products (Tablets, Smart Watches, Earbuds, Fitness Bands, Smart Rings, and Accessories) and identify new growth opportunities.
- Market Expansion & Sales : Drive market share growth and achieve sales targets, leveraging the Health platform for wearable product sales opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Act as a category leader, collaborating with marketing, business intelligence, sales, finance, legal, and other teams to maximize organizational impact.
- Product Advocacy : Champion and represent Ecosystem products as the primary spokesperson.
- Sales & Marketing Leadership : Guide subsidiaries by sharing product features, positioning, use cases, and innovative sales strategies.
- Product Launch Excellence : Deliver seamless regional and local product launches (GTM) in partnership with the Regional Office Eco team.
- Strategic Planning : Contribute to annual business plans, outlining growth opportunities and actionable strategies.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor weekly and quarterly Ecosystem channel sales and business performance indicators, summarizing key market and competitive insights.
- Executive Communication : Craft and present executive-level reports that simplify complex situations for clear understanding.
Essential Skills & Experience
