Operations Manager Bank

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience of at least 5 years in banking operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and compliance standards in the UAE. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and resolve complex issues. Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving banking industry.
Location : Dubai, UAE
Salary : AED 17,000 to AED 25,000

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting growth.
