Our partners a leading holding company in the steel industry it manages multiple subsidiaries across Africa specializing in manufacturing processing and distribution. They are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their offices in Dubai UAE . Committed to sustainability the company transforms s metal into highquality construction materials supporting infrastructure growth.

Lead and oversee all talent acquisition strategies and operations across the organization ensuring the alignment of recruitment practices with the companys goals. This role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract engage and retain top talent across the group while maintaining consistency and excellence across all regions. The position will report directly to the CPCO and work closely with P&C teams & Country Manager.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Acquisition :

Develop and execute the groupwide talent acquisition strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce planning needs.

Strengthen the companys employer brand to position it as an employer of choice globally.

Implement and manage recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.

Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide consultation on recruitment strategies.

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies job boards and other talent acquisition vendors.
