As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team you will primarily be responsible for sourcing and hiring top quality talent around the world. Being part of the recruitment team means you will often be the first point of contact for candidates, therefore, acting as a brand ambassador always delivering a world class candidate experience.

We are expanding rapidly – if you are looking for a fast paced environment working with a global team and want exposure to the FinTech industry with plenty of learning opportunities then this role is for you! This role will have a global remit however will primarily support our growth within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure world class talent with a focus on commercial hiring (Business Development, Account Management etc)
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including implementing recruitment strategies, initiating sourcing channels, screening & interviewing, selection as well as the negotiation of offers – all while offering a world class candidate experience
• Identify candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, careers page, user groups, referrals, networking etc
• Partner with hiring leaders to ensure they are trained and equipped with the hiring right knowledge and tools
• Drive new and exciting company wide initiatives across recruitment, employer branding, EVP etc
• Manage select recruitment agency partners for outsourcing certain roles
