About The Role
As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to join our commercial team. You will play an integral role in driving new business opportunities across multiple verticals whilst supporting and coaching team members to deliver exceptional sales performance.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Acting as a hands-on team leader with the ability to demonstrate live calls and ongoing training and support for team members
- Qualifying, prospecting, and creating opportunities for our Business Development team
- Ensuring smooth collaboration between our SDR and Business Development teams
- Exceeding monthly targets and daily KPIs whilst monitoring team performance
- Utilising top-of-the-range sales tools such as Salesforce to boost productivity
- Taking ownership of building your own pipeline and continuing to improve the sales funnel; and ultimately playing an integral part of Doctify’s revenue growth
- Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field
About You
You have 3 years of experience within an outbound sales / SDR position with a minimum of 6 months experience as an SDR or sales leadYou are ambitious, a self-starter, and a go-getter always striving for success!You possess natural communication skills and you are not afraid of the phone; resilience is key!You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bringLast but by no means least, you believe in our mission and want to be a part of revolutionising the healthcare market with us!What We Offer
