B2B Sales Executive

Job Description :

SEI SEDA is a premium UAE-based haircare brand seeking a motivated Salon Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves visiting salons, onboarding new clients, and promoting our salon-grade haircare products across the UAE. This is a field sales role with strong earning potential through slary, commissions and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities :

Promote SEI SEDA products to salons and professional stylists

Conduct salon visits, presentations, and product demonstrations

Achieve monthly sales targets and report activity regularly

Build long-term client relationships and offer in-salon support

Identify new leads and follow up on prospects

Requirements :

Female candidates only

Valid UAE Driving License + own car (mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, or salon industry

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Passionate about beauty and confident in field sales
