Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

 Design and implement 360° marketing strategies across insurance, banking DSA, and business setup domains.

 Tailor campaigns to resonate with UAE-based entrepreneurs, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals.

 Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.

 Improve ROI through A / B testing, performance analytics, and funnel optimization.

 Coordinate lead generation with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.

 Establish a unified brand voice and messaging strategy across platforms.

 Own the content calendar, blogs, landing pages, social media, and email journeys.

 Manage relationships with SEO specialists, PR agencies, creatives, and videographers.

 Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.

 Build custom dashboards and provide regular performance insights to stakeholders.

 Suggest growth hacks and actionable insights from marketing analytics.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

 5+ years in marketing (preferably in B2B services, fintech, or insurance).

 Graduate in Marketing / Any stream.

 Track record of running high ROI campaigns and managing multiple vendors.

 Skilled in SEO, SEM, content strategy, and conversion funnel design.

 Strong CRM / email marketing exposure (Zoho / HubSpot / Mailchimp or similar).

 Prior experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.

 Entrepreneurial builder, ready to set the tone, scale fast, and wear multiple hats.

 Strategic yet hands on you can both think big and execute swiftly.

 Analytical thinker with creative flair and strong project management skills.
