About the role
Join us in shaping the future of digital education payments with Skiply — a dynamic platform at the forefront of fintech innovation. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and operational excellence for our partner schools and stakeholders. The role reports directly to the Vice President - Skiply Program. You’ll work in a matrix environment, partnering closely with cross-functional squads including Product, Technology, Sales, Portfolio Management, ERP Vendors, and Payment Gateway Teams to drive successful implementations and resolve operational challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new schools — from documentation and training to account setup and Go-Live coordination.
- Manage payment gateway integrations and conduct system validations to ensure smooth transaction flows.
- Support daily operations by addressing school requests, resolving service issues, and maintaining accurate reporting.
- Conduct production testing for new features and releases, validating configurations across environments.
- Act as the primary liaison for ERP vendors, overseeing sandbox testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
- Maintain dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including performance metrics and implementation status.
- Support UAT cycles, feedback collection, and post-deployment verifications.
What We’re Looking For :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience : Minimum 4–7 years in digital payments, fintech, or banking, with a strong focus on business support, implementation, and operationsHands-on coordination with technology teams, payment gateways, and external vendors to ensure seamless solution delivery.What’s In It For You :
