Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the outlet restaurant bar or banquets Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction Supervise and coordinate activities of service staff Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the outlet Monitor inventory levels and manage requisitions Train and motivate staff to achieve performance goals Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements Proven experience as an Outlet Supervisor or similar role in hospitality Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong customer service orientation Knowledge of food and beverage operations Ability to work under pressure and manage a team Immediate availability preferred
