Role purpose

As the Head of Property , you will be instrumental in developing and implementing the property strategy for ELR and MMI, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and strategic plans on both a local and international scale.

Key accountabilities

• Lead the design, tender, and construction processes for new food and beverage and retail outlets.
• Manage property acquisitions, leasing negotiations, and maintain high-quality relationships with landlords.
• Oversee project budgets and capital investments, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within financial limits.
