Human Resources Executive at Rayna Tours
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Ad Sales Manager to lead our outdoor advertising sales efforts across Dubai and the UAE. This role involves managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing strategic sales initiatives across our premium network of digital screens located in hotels, tourist transport, retail spaces, and high-traffic tourist zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Strategy : Own the sales strategy and revenue targets across direct clients and agencies, with a strong focus on outdoor advertising platforms and opportunities.
- Prospecting & Partnerships : Identify and convert high-value prospects across industries such as tourism, luxury retail, hospitality, and real estate, leveraging a deep understanding of OOH (Out-of-Home) media solutions .
- Strategic Planning : Develop strategic sales plans to maximize the utilization of available outdoor media inventory, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market demand.
Client & Agency Management
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with media agencies and key brand decision-makers, particularly those with experience in OOH advertising channels .Sales Cycle : Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and deal closure—with a focus on OOH campaign execution .Campaign Delivery : Ensure exceptional client service, seamless campaign delivery, and strong post-campaign performance reviews to drive client satisfaction and retention in the outdoor advertising domain.Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing, media planning, and operations teams to ensure flawless end-to-end OOH campaign execution.Reporting : Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management, with specific insights on outdoor advertising metrics and trends .Innovation : Contribute to the development of innovative and integrated outdoor media packages and brand partnerships .Market Development
Monitor market trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activity in the outdoor advertising sector to inform proactive sales and positioning strategies.Represent the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities, with a focus on building presence and thought leadership in the OOH space .Requirements
5–8 years of experience in ad sales, with a strong focus on outdoor media (OOH) , digital signage, or related media channelsDemonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.Strong network of media agencies and brand advertisers in Dubai / UAE.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficient in sales CRM tools and proposal creation.What We Offer
