Our client is a dynamic and boutique private equity firm based in Dubai, and actively positioned to support consumer-centric and high-growth opportunities across the MENA region
As our client's Business Development Manager , you'll play a central role in expanding the firm's investor base and deepening engagement with their target segments. You will :
- Source and secure new capital across asset classes (PE, PC, RE) from institutional, family office, and individual investors.
- Own the fundraising process-from analysis and structuring to pitch delivery and follow-up.
- Partner with senior leadership in refining and executing the go-to-market strategy.
- Develop compelling presentations, marketing materials, and investor proposals tailored to different segments' interests and risk appetites.
- Manage ongoing investor relationships by providing updates, coordinating review meetings, and maintaining transparency and trust.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform and strengthen strategic positioning.
- 7-10 years of business development, fundraising, or investor relations experience within private equity, asset management, or financial services.
- Proven success working with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- A working knowledge of private credit and real estate investment structures (in addition to PE).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic acumen.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
