Social Media Executive

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practices. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong creative thinking, content creation, and copywriting skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and visually appealing posts, videos, and graphics that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and engage with the online community.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Explore new platforms and technologies to expand the company's social media presence and reach.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Stay informed about relevant industry news, events, and developments to leverage in social media content.
