Social Media and Marketing Executive

At Red Spades Agency, we craft high-impact visual content for luxury brands in hospitality. We’re looking for a social media & marketing executive with passion, creativity, and the drive to grow within a dynamic creative team.

This role is perfect for someone eager to take initiative, open to learning from experience and feedback, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in managing social media accounts for our clients in the luxury and hospitality space.
• Help plan and organize content calendars, post scheduling, and social media publishing.
• Support the team during shoots, campaigns, and live activations.
• Create visual mood boards for each client shoot to guide photographers and videographers with styling, tone, and creative direction.
• Monitor trends, gather insights, and contribute fresh, relevant ideas.
• Work closely with the creative team and learn directly from leadership and senior staff.
