We are expanding our presence in the UAE and are looking for a highly motivated Technical Sales Intern to join our team.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support our growing team, with a focus on voice bot and conversational AI solutions, fraud-risk and analytics solutions, and underwriting operations excellence solutions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, client engagement, and go-to-market strategy within a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Market Research Support
Assist in identifying potential clients in the banking and financial services sector.
Conduct market and competitor research to support sales strategy development.Help maintain the CRM system with accurate lead and opportunity data.Client Outreach & EngagementSupport the sales team in drafting outreach emails and sales collateral.
Participate in client meetings and product demos, taking notes and capturing key insights.Help coordinate follow-ups and scheduling with prospective clients.Business Development AssistanceSupport lead generation efforts through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and market research.
Track and organize inbound inquiries, routing them to the appropriate sales leads.Cross-functional CollaborationWork with the marketing team to align messaging for outreach and event participation.
Collaborate with the product team to understand features better and create tailored pitches.Reporting & DocumentationAssist in preparing weekly sales performance reports and tracking KPIs.
Document key learnings and contribute to internal sales play-books and client case studies.Qualifications & Skills
Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.Strong interest in enterprise sales, AI-driven products, and digital innovation.Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Familiarity with AI / ML, data analytics, or SaaS platforms is an advantage.Willingness to travel frequently.Benefits
