Lead the annual trade marketing strategy across all channels, aligning brand objectives with customer needs to drive sell-out
Localize global brand and category strategies into impactful, channel-specific in-store plans and activation calendars
Oversee the development, production and timely deployment of POS materials, promotional tools and visibility assets
Collaborate with sales and key accounts to build and execute joint business plans, promotions and tailored retail programs
Monitor ROI and effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring commercial impact and budget efficiency
Act as the main point of contact for brand principals on all trade marketing matters, ensuring alignment and execution excellence
Lead, mentor and develop the trade marketing team while building broader internal capabilities across customer and shopper marketing
8-15 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Sales within FMCG - ideally with both brand and distributor exposure.
Proven success in in-store activation, customer engagement and retail campaign execution.
Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC retail landscape.
A commercial mindset with strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership experience.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
