The Global Head of Marketing will own the entire marketing function—building our global presence, telling our story, and directly driving new revenue opportunities. From digital performance marketing to PR campaigns, global events, and sales activation, this role is about making Virtua Executive the most visible and trusted brand in executive search.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned to growth targets.
• Lead integrated campaigns across online marketing, PR, events, and partnerships to generate inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Drive storytelling that resonates with senior leaders in sports, fashion, consumer, and luxury—translating content into commercial impact.
• Build and manage the Virtua brand presence across digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, thought-leadership content, etc.).
• Design and execute client events, roundtables, and networking sessions across international markets.
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to align marketing efforts with sales and business development goals.
• Measure ROI of all campaigns, focusing on lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
• Recruit and lead a small, high-performing marketing team as the function scales globally.
