Senior Sales Engineer - Controls Systems

Overview

Senior Sales Engineer - Controls Systems is a key role reporting directly to Sales Manager - Controls. The role emphasizes bringing in business through AMC contracts, pull-through & retrofit jobs and control optimization and digital solution selling to drive the growth of the Service Department for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Controls & Digital solutions.

As a member of the self-driven team, you will work within an environment that provides a platform and resources for you to learn and use your experience to generate new business.

How You Will Do It

• You will have an understanding and knowledge of our product portfolio among BMS solutions and you will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations to close the new opportunities.
• You will qualify and work closely along with our internal pre-sales expertise to have the right techno-commercial solutions for the projects with customers.
• Prepares technical and commercial proposals for the customers and direct tenders.
• You will demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your market understanding, sales strategies, products, and services.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationship with the customers and identifies ways to anticipate customer needs.
• You are determined and consistent in your approach to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously by planning and time management skills.
• You will do extensive stakeholder mapping for strategic accounts to enable business growth within JCI installed base and expand our presence in these accounts.
• You will adhere to company processes, compliances and policies, with zero tolerance, while executing professional responsibilities.
