About the Opportunity
As our Institutional Product Marketing Lead for EMEA & APAC, you will shape narratives, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for our institutional trading offering.
About the team : You will join our Global Product Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Institutional Product Marketing. Together, we transform value propositions into compelling client messages that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Product Positioning
- Develop compelling regional product positioning and messaging that resonates with institutional clients across EEA, UAE, and APAC markets
- Adapt global house messaging to local market needs
Sales Enablement
Support the Head of Institutional PMM by turning strategy into executable plans, coordinating teams, and delivering product launches and campaignsCreate and manage marketing content such as decks, one-pagers, and case studies, ensuring it is accurate, compelling, and localizedPartner with global email, social, and PR teams to execute campaigns and ensure institutional narratives are well representedGo-to-Market Leadership
Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies for new institutional products and featuresDevelop and manage strategic partner marketing initiatives across target regionsContent & Thought Leadership
Create and oversee thought leadership programs that reinforce product positioning and industry narrativesDevelop content strategies that establish OKX as a market authorityCross-Functional Partnership

Professional Background
10+ years of product marketing experience focused on institutional clientsBackground in traditional finance - institutional trading, investment management, fintech, or a mix of tradfi and cryptocurrency experienceRegional Expertise
Proven marketing experience across EEA, UAE, and APAC regionsExperience with localization strategies and account-based marketing (ABM) programsIndustry Knowledge
Understanding of financial markets and OTC tradingKnowledge of regulatory environments across target regions including MiFID IIMarketing Skills
Strong expertise in direct, digital, and content marketingAbility to communicate complex products clearly to diverse audiencesExperience developing successful thought leadership initiativesPerks & Benefits
