Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
o Support product lifecycle activities including launches, updates, and phase-outs.
o Assist in preparing go-to-market materials, pricing sheets, and product documentation.
o Track product performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
o Coordinate with vendors on inventory updates, promotional calendars, and compliance reporting.
o Assist in organizing vendor meetings, product demos, and training sessions.
o Maintain documentation for vendor programs and ensure timely submissions.
o Facilitate onboarding and training for resellers, integrators, and channel partners.
o Support execution of channel programs, incentive campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
o Assist in preparing materials for quarterly business reviews and partner meetings.
o Collaborate with sales teams to provide product specs, datasheets, and solution bundles.
o Maintain accurate CRM entries and assist in forecasting and stock planning.
o Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for order processing and pricing validation.
o Stay informed on AV / VC technologies including UC devices, display formats, and integration trends.
o Monitor competitor offerings and assist in benchmarking exercises.
o Provide basic technical support and documentation for internal teams.
