Our client is a leading digital entertainment and gaming payment platform, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial & BD Partnership for the MENA Region, with deep expertise in the UAE and KSA markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gaming, an in-depth understanding of game monetization, and the ability to drive impactful strategies that strengthen UniPin’s presence in the region. This role is central to building our regional presence, establishing partnerships in payments, distribution, and marketing, and ensuring compliance within the local regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and scale commercial strategies to establish presence in the Middle East.
- Secure partnerships with banks, payment providers, content and distribution players.
- Manage and grow relationships, driving high-value opportunities end-to-end.
Marketing
Develop and execute tailored go-to-market (GTM) strategies.Strengthen brand visibility in gaming and digital entertainment.Collaborate with agencies, creators, and influencers to drive campaigns.Strategy & Analytics
Provide performance insights and growth recommendations.Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs.Risk & Compliance
Ensure adherence to banking, payment, and e-commerce regulations.Manage compliance, risk, and tax considerations across the region.Requirements
Requirements
8 years’ experience in BD / Partnerships / Sales (gaming, e-commerce, digital services, or payments).Proven success in setting up and scaling new businesses.Strong understanding of Middle East gaming and payments landscape.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Entrepreneurial and data-driven, with experience managing P&L.Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in the region.Benefits
