Sales Technical Support Engineer (Smoke Management System)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Smoke Management Systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our sales teams and customers, assisting in the specification, design, and implementation of smoke management solutions. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales support experience, and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Support for Sales Team : Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions based on the capabilities of the smoke management system.

Offer pre-sales technical support to clients, including conducting product presentations, and demonstrations, and providing product specifications.

Assist in creating and reviewing technical proposals, bid specifications, and system designs. Respond to technical queries from customers, contractors, and consultants related to smoke management systems and other related products.

Collaborate with customers and engineers to configure and customize solutions that meet project-specific requirements.

Perform calculations and simulations to support the technical feasibility of proposed solutions (e.g., airflow analysis, fan sizing, etc.).

Qualifications :

Relevant certifications or courses in smoke management, fire safety, or HVAC systems will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of smoke and heat venting systems, fire safety regulations, and HVAC systems.
