Role Description :
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in both secondary and off-plan properties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed team targets
- Monitor market trends and guide the team on market insights and client engagement techniques
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to ensure high performance from the sales team
- Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders to foster partnerships and business growth
- Review and analyze sales performance metrics, providing guidance and adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Qualifications :
Proven experience in real estate sales with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership roleStrong understanding of both secondary and off-plan property markets in DubaiExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through team performanceAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyKnowledge of real estate CRM systems and relevant toolsBenefits :
