As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue performance across a diverse portfolio of exhibitions and conferences, including the launch of a new technology-focused series. Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial function across exhibitions and conferences, ensuring delivery of sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sponsorship, exhibition, and non-space revenue strategies.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the sales team.
- Research market trends and competitor activity to introduce new sales innovations.
- Oversee floor plan management, budget control, and CRM programmes to drive client engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, industry associations, and key partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless delivery and visitor promotion.
- Implement governance processes, reporting, and commercial best practices.
Requirements
