Vice President - Commercial Strategy & Analysis

Overview

My client are a leading Property Developer, looking to recruit a Vice President of Strategy to lead their long-term strategic direction.

As VP of Strategy, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, from new development sectors and market expansions to capital partnerships and operational efficiencies. This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded strategist who understands the property market and can bring fresh thinking to a traditional industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning process across all business units
• Identify and assess new development opportunities, joint ventures, and funding strategies
• Analyze data across the business, market trends, demographic shifts, and urban planning policies to inform decision-making
• Work cross-functionally with development, finance, sales, and construction teams to align strategic priorities
• Prepare board-level presentations and investment case materials for major initiatives
• Drive innovation in our development pipeline, sustainability practices, and delivery models
• Monitor competitor activity and industry changes to inform our market positioning
