We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and contribute to our organization s growth The ideal candidate will have strong experience in driving sales strategies building relationships with brokerages and leading the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships ensuring our products are effectively presented and achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Business Development Prospect and generate new business leads to achieve sales goals and business growth Brokerage Relationships Establish manage and expand relationships with brokerages brokers and freelancers to drive sales success Client Engagement Build strong lasting relationships with key clients and prospects addressing inquiries and overcoming objections with expertise Sales Process Management Oversee the entire sales process including presentation negotiation and closing to ensure revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded Event Participation Attend industry events conferences and meetings to promote brand awareness and expand professional networks Qualifications Proven experience in a sales leadership role particularly in businesstobusiness B2B sales and account management Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with brokerages brokers and freelancers A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment Minimum of 3 years in a senior sales or management role Strong CRM experience and datadriven mindset for managing sales processes Job Type Fulltime Salary Negotiable Job Type Fulltime
