Reporting to the HR Retail Manager, you will be supporting the HR function for our Boutiques for the 3 activities (Fashion, F&B and W&FJ). You will also coordinate the HR Global process and implement developmental projects for UAE Retail population.
Through the ability to create and maintain strong relationships, the HRBP will actively accompany our Managers in order to help them maintain a strong, performant and efficient organization. Ensuring the best talents are placed in the correct positions and focusing the individual development of the teams is key.

- Talent Acquisition and Retention
Attract, Recruit and Retain key talents in accordance to business needs keeping in mind the importance of both hard and soft skills, culture fit and ensuring a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Create and maintain talent pools in order to maintain a pro-active approach in terms of recruitmentOrganize and lead group recruitment sessions alongside hiring ManagersPartner with Managers in order to advise on the recruitment process and the decision making process in order to ensure we are hiring the best talent in the correct rolesIdentify internal talent, supporting internal mobilities locally and internationallyTalent Development :Collaborate closely with our Managers and with our People Development Lead in order to formulate the yearly Training plan for employees
Laise with our Managers to support with building individual performance plans for specific employee casesEncourage the development of our teams through various HR processes such as Induction, Missions and MobilityEnsuring that the employee appraisal calendar is followed and deadlines are met by Managers. Follow up on appraisal results.OrganizationBe the first point of contact for the teams and the managers within your population on all HR generalist topics
Coordinate with the HR Administration team for topics such as offer and contract preparation, letter preparation, HR induction for new joiners and probation follow upTake a leading role on all HR processes (Annual Compensation Review process, Training plans, Development plans, performance reviews…)ProjectsIn close collaboration with the HR Retail Manager, participate actively on the implementation of global HR & retail HR projects
