Anantara HotelsUnited Arab EmiratesGuest Services Agent Job Location UAE Main Responsibilities Taking reservations and ensuring all guest information is accurate and uptodate Greeting and registering guests ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable during their stay Providing outstanding guest service handling all guest inquiries requests and comments promptly and efficiently Settling the guests account upon completion of their stay ensuring all charges are correct and fair Qualifications A strong focus on customer service with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences Prior experience in hotel front office operations preferably in a luxury setting Excellent communication skills with fluency in English required Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays with flexibility and adaptability Computer skills in MS Office with experience in Property Management Systems PMS preferred
