Position Overview :
We are actively looking for an experienced HR Executive with a proven background in the real estate industry . This role will support all core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, with a focus on the specific demands and roles within the property and real estate sector.
Please Note : Real Estate industry experience is a strict requirement for this role. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (sales, leasing, property management, admin, etc.)
- Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation compliance
- Implement HR policies aligned with UAE labor law and real estate operations
- Coordinate performance appraisals and staff evaluations
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with senior management to address staffing and HR strategy needs
- Manage HR documentation and maintain internal systems and trackers
Requirements :
