As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our dynamic team of Account Managers and drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and team performance in our Dubai office.
Role Overview
The Head of Sales will oversee the entire sales function, ensuring effective lead conversion, relationship management, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This leadership role demands strong experience in the forex or financial industry, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales department, including setting KPIs, sales goals, and performance benchmarks.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base and grow market share across targeted regions.
Mentor, train, and motivate a team of Account Managers to ensure consistent achievement of individual and team targets.
Monitor pipeline activity and sales metrics to ensure optimal conversion and retention rates.
Work closely with the marketing, compliance, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences and aligned messaging.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, providing strategic guidance and tailored trading solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms (especially MT5), and global economic trends to drive relevant and timely engagement.
Provide regular reporting to senior management on performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in financial sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role within the forex or CFD industry.
Deep understanding of trading platforms (MT5), brokerage operations, and financial instruments.
Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams in a high-performance environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Highly analytical, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
Based in the UAE or open to relocation.
