Responsibilities
- Introduce new leads to the company, convert them into prospects and clients
- Analyze prospects' and clients' needs
- Design suitable insurance programs
- Negotiate and close deals
- Cross-sell additional or new lines of business to existing prospects and clients
- Manage personal pipeline of leads and prospects
- Develop understanding of the domestic insurance market, available products, pricing, and insurer responsiveness
- Develop industry-specific schemes or products for exclusive use by the company
- Understand key industries and how global insurance developments may impact them
