Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing market strategies. Daily tasks include conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing sales reports, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves representing Avientek at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Ability to perform Market Research and develop Market Strategies
• Experience in Negotiation, Contract Management, and preparing Sales Reports
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Technical knowledge in Professional Audio Visual, Unified Communication, and Educational Technology Solutions
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the Middle East, Africa, or India markets is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
