We re looking for a sharp results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to manage the marketing efforts for a selection of brands within our F&B portfolio. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative with a deep understanding of the UAE s F&B scene a passion for food and an obession with data-driven decision making . This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment and knows how to craft and execute impactful campaigns that drive results
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for assigned brands covering both delivery and dine-in channels .
- Develop and activate brand campaigns digital marketing efforts promotions influencer partnerships and new product launches.
- Track analyze and report on key metrics (sales CAC ROAS retention engagement etc.) to optimize performance and drive growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations and culinary to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and customer experience.
- Manage marketing calendars budgets and relevant creative or media agencies for your assigned brands.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints while adapting messaging for local relevance.
- Support franchise brand marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with global guidelines while optimizing for the UAE market.
- Keep up with market trends customer insights and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in the UAE F&B industry .Proven track record managing and growing franchise or local F&B brands .Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions and measure success.Deep knowledge of digital marketing campaign execution and customer engagement strategies.A creative thinker who can turn insights into compelling campaigns.Passion for food and the hospitality industry.Experience with delivery aggregators CRM systems and loyalty platforms is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
