We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in the software industry at Dubai. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by delivering innovative software solutions that meet client needs and market demands.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the software domain.
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing business plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build go-to-market strategies for industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, government, and enterprise solutions.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and demonstrations.Understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions.Proposal Management & Negotiation
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close business deals.Ensure effective follow-ups and timely deal closures.Market Intelligence & Reporting
Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ offerings.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, opportunities, and client interactions.Requirement
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development or sales within the software industry.At least 1 year of experience in Dubai / UAE market with proven client engagement.Valid UAE Driving license
